Hiring: HR Executive | Receptionist | Admin

We are looking for a smart, organised, and well-presented professional to manage HR support functions, front-desk duties, and daily office administration. The ideal candidate should be confident, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
? HR Support:
? Assist with onboarding, documentation, employment letters, and employee records
? Support recruitment tasks: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, follow-ups
? Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases
? Assist in HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training coordination
? Reception Duties:
? Handle front desk operations: visitors, calls, emails, meeting room coordination
? Manage incoming/outgoing couriers and maintain visitor logs
? Ensure reception area is tidy and professional at all times
? Admin Support:
? Oversee office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
? Assist with travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics as required
? Manage office maintenance requests and follow up with service vendors
? Support documentation, filing, and basic accounting/admin tasks when needed
? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily office functioning
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
? 1-2 years' experience in HR / Admin / Front Office (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)
? Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Presentable, courteous, and organised
? Ability to multitask and work independently
