We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to drive recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role will be integral in building a high-performance workforce as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales & operational roles.
Execute onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain attendance, HR MIS, and payroll coordination.
Implement KRAs, incentive structures, and performance tracking.
Drive employee engagement activities and policy compliance.
Requirements
1-3 years of HR experience (Real Estate preferred).
Strong sales hiring experience.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
Process-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
