Handle end-to-end HR operations including payroll, onboarding, compliance, and exit formalities.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
Develop and implement employee performance management systems.
Maintain HRMS data accuracy and generate reports for management review.
Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA HR preferred).
2-5 years of experience in HR Operations.
Proficiency in statutory compliance and HRMS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

100% compliance in salary and statutory processes.
Timely execution of performance review cycles.
Reduction in employee turnover ratio.
