# Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Handle full recruitment cycle for sales, telecalling, field, admin, and project teams.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and field sourcing.
Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate final rounds.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
2. HR Operations
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
3. Employee Engagement & Performance
Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees.
Support management with performance tracking and appraisals.
Organize training, activities, and team-building sessions.
4. Compliance & Policies
Assist in maintaining HR policies, code of conduct, and work culture.
Ensure compliance with basic employment guidelines and company rules.

Strong communication in

MS Excel and HR documentation skills.

# Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred).
1-5 years of experience in HR; real estate HR experience is an added advantage.
