Key Responsibilities - HR Executive:



Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and admin teams. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. Assist in onboarding, induction, and training coordination. Implement HR policies and support compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Organize employee engagement and welfare activities. Handle internal HR communications and maintain HRMIS/HR software. Prepare reports related to HR operations, hiring status, and attrition.

Key Responsibilities - Real Estate Agent:



Handle property inquiries, site visits, and client follow-ups. Maintain listings and updates for available properties. Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Develop relationships with potential clients and property owners. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets. Keep records of leads, deals, and customer communications.

Requirements:



Graduate with 1 year of experience in HR and/or Real Estate Sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; HR tools and CRM systems preferred. Ability to multitask between HR and client-facing duties.

Pay: ₹11,333.66 - ₹15,000.00 per month
