Handling statutory compliances related to:
EPF, ESI
Bonus, Gratuity
Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act
Factory Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act
Maintaining statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation
Coordinating with labour authorities during inspections and audits
Contract Labour & Employee Management
Managing contract labour deployment, attendance, wages, and documentation
Coordinating with contractors for manpower planning
Handling grievances, discipline, and shop-floor HR issues
HR Operations
Attendance, leave, shift management, and HR MIS
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Maintaining employee records and personnel files
Plant Coordination
Liaison with Plant Administration, Safety, and Security departments
Ensuring adherence to plant rules and HR policies
Supporting internal and external audits
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Industrial HR & Labour Laws
Experience in
plant-based HR operations
Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Odia preferred)
Ability to work in a
shop-floor / industrial environment
Preferred Candidate
Prior experience in
Rourkela Steel Plant or similar PSU/large industrial plants
Male candidate only
, willing to work in shifts and plant conditions
