We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes. They will oversee recruitment processes, develop and implement HR strategies, and handle employee relations.
Roles and Responsibilities
: -
1) Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
2) Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
3) Design and run employee training and development programs.
4) Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
5) Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
6) Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
Requirements:
1) Minimum Experience - (6 Months To 2 Years)
2) MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
3) Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
5) Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
