Looking for candidate between 4 to 7 years of experience
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and introduction to company policies.
Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as employment Show-cause notice and termination letters.
Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits packages. Help in resolving issues related to benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Employee Relations: Address general employee queries and concerns, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary. Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees. Help employees with training-related inquiries and ensure training records are accurately maintained.
Compliance and Policies: Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are communicated and followed consistently. Support HR Head in maintaining compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
HR Reporting: Generate HR-related reports and data for analysis and decision-making purposes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and data.
Exit Processes: Assist in employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation.
Should be aware of Half Yearly and Annual Returns with specific deadlines.
Well versed with Bonus & Gratuity calculations
