Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Handle employee queries and provide support across various HR functions.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per company standards.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Manage statutory compliance documentation and HR-related reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers may apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
