Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented

HR Executive

who possesses strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for people management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, providing placement support, and counselling students to help them align with suitable career paths in the creative and media sectors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and update

employee and student placement records

systematically. Coordinate with organizations for

placement opportunities and internship tie-ups.

Support the

HR Manager

in day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks. Maintain a

positive and professional atmosphere

within the institute. Assist in the

recruitment and selection process

, including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, attendance, and performance tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

Master's degree in

Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

. We welcome

candidates with up to one year of experience

, and

enthusiastic freshers eager to begin their HR journey

are highly encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of

HRM principles and practices

. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills (English & Tamil preferred). Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude. Proficiency in

MS Office

and basic HR tools/software.
