Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

Hiring for roles like carpenters, machine operators, designers, warehouse staff, and office personnel.

Payroll & Attendance Management

Ensuring hourly workers and salaried employees are accurately paid.

Compliance & Labor Laws

Adhering to local labor regulations (safety laws, working hours, minimum wage, etc.).

Performance Management

Setting KPIs for factory and office staff, and managing appraisals.
