The Role

As Human Resources Executive, the person will be responsible for supporting Atlas Copco Vacuum Technique Business Area, Human Resource activities ranging from Employer Branding, Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, retaining, engaging & developing employees as per people management guidelines by following, expanding & developing HR processes in line with group standards described in "The Way We Do Things" for Atlas Copco.

The person will be responsible for supporting VTBA CoE Human Resource Manager in -

  • Talent Attraction - Employer Branding
  • Talent Recruitment and Selection
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Employee Engagement
  • Campus Recruitment Drives
  • Headcount planning
  • HR Operations
  • Transfer/Relocation/IJM
  • Employee Relation
  • Safeguard the Group values, principles, and processes.
  • Digitalization of HR process.
  • Supervise /work with CoE Office Admin to oversee Office Adminstration.
  • The incumbent will take projects to reduce TAT for Recruitment and reduce time to competence by selecting the right candidate in right time.
  • The Incumbent should be passionate about the goals, should working collaboratively with all the team members, anticipate challenges and propose solutions to overcome the same.

What we expect of you?

Experience requirements

As a successful candidate, you have minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in HR management, and you have a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Demonstrated ability to work with agility and resilience.

Educational requirements/Knowledge
  • You should have a university degree & master\'s in business administration in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge about selection tools and HR processes.
  • Knowledge of HR management tools
