Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation and sick leave.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and workplace safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Professional certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 98,000.00 - 915,000.00 per month Benefits:

• Paid sick time
