Hr Executive
Job Description
Hiring HR Executive at Pune.The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.Responsibilities :
Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Coordinate with hiring manager for staffing needs
Source potential candidates from job portals, Social Medias, talent and campus partners
Campus Recruitment including Organize campus connect initiatives
Hire interns, as required and monitor their project completion
Undertaking employee engagement and connect activities this will include Rewards and employee wellness
Handle employee queries and grievancesQualifications
MBA-HR with 1+ years' of relevant HR Generalist experience working in reputed IT/ MNC Human Resources department.
