The HR Executive will be responsible for implimenting HR activities, maintaining HR records, preparing MIS reports, supporting managemnt in day-to-day administrative and HR - related functions, and assisting the Managing Director (MD) as required.
Key Responsibilities
Impliment and support HR activities .
Managing recruitment process for assigned positions.
Maintain and update employees data in Excel.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records
Co-ordination with employees and departments for HR-related requirements.
Assist with Managing Director (MD) with administrative and HR support, when required.
Prepare and manage MIS reports related to HR metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Good knowledge in Excel
Understanding of Basic HR processes and Documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Experience
4 to 5 years experience in HR or Administrative role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
