Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates for different positions.
Prepare and post job descriptions (JDs), evaluate applications, and coordinate interview schedules.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process .
Preparing punching reports.
Support staff skill-building and induction training sessions.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Ensure effective communication so employees understand HR policies.
Assist in preparing performance reviews and tracking employee progress.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Support general administrative tasks in the HR department.
Support employee engagement initiatives to foster positive workplace culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
MBA - Human Resources / MHRM / PG in Personnel Management or related field.
Experience
1 year of HR experience (in recruitment).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
