We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR and Admin professional to manage the human resource and administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, office management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures.
Handle payroll processing and attendance tracking.
Organize training and development programs.
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate performance review cycles and employee appraisals.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
