People & Culture Executive (HR)
who enjoys working in a startup environment and is passionate about people, culture, and learning.
This role is ideal for
freshers or early-career HR professionals (0-2 years)
who want hands-on exposure across hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and people-related support
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination
Coordinate onboarding for new hires and interns
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Support payroll coordination and basic HR documentation
Assist in implementing HR policies and startup-friendly processes
Support employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations
Assist in performance review cycles and feedback collection
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Any Degree (HR background preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
0 - 2 years (Freshers with good people skills can apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good people management and coordination abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage
