Employment: Full Time
Experience : 3 - 5 years
The Key responsibility includes handling efficiently all the HR operational activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage hire-to-retire employee life-cycle right from recruitment to exit process
Help Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Sending Offer emails
Joining formalities, Onboarding and Induction
Handle complete Attendance and Leave management system for Mumbai branch.
Employee engagement practices like Birthdays, Anniversaries, and designing other festive event celebrations
Managing daily operations of the HR department
Ensure compliance with labour regulations
Requirements :
Ability to Work comfortably under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage competing priorities and keep up with an occasional high volume of activity.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist for a minimum of 3 years up to 5 years only.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good in error free use of standard templates (doc files & excel files) used in the organization.
Good at problem-solving skills, co-ordination
Excellent computer literacy and exposure to related HR softwares.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A graduate with a good command over the English language is must.
A good listener and smart enough to adapt the HR requirements.
Good at listening skills and Employee redressals
Salary: As per candidate's calibre and industry norms
