Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Payroll Management

? Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.

? Maintain payroll records and handle salary-related queries.

? Coordinate with accounts team for statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).

2. Attendance & Leave Management

? Track and maintain employee attendance and leave records.

? Manage biometric systems and ensure accuracy in attendance data.

? Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.

3. Compliance

? Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

? Assist in audits and maintain HR documentation.

? Stay updated with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

4. Recruitment & Onboarding

? Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

? Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.

? Manage onboarding process, documentation, and induction of new employees.

5. Employee Engagement & HR Operations

? Maintain employee records in HRMS.

? Support in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

? Assist in policy implementation and HR-related communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
