Lee Builders is a leading construction and infrastructure company committed to quality, timely project delivery, and innovation. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR professional to join our growing team and manage end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Attendance Management-

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary computation, deductions, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records for all employees.- Handle monthly reports related to manpower, attendance, and payroll accuracy.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding-

Handle full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.- Prepare appointment letters, maintain employee files, and ensure smooth induction for new hires.- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

3. Statutory Compliance & Licensing-

Oversee renewal and procurement of company licenses and statutory documents (such as labour license, establishment registration, ESI/PF registration, professional tax, etc.).- Ensure all company documents and licenses are up to date and compliant with government regulations.- Liaise with external agencies or authorities for registrations, renewals, and documentation.

4. Employee Relations & General HR Administration-

Manage employee queries, grievances, and communication.- Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and ensure confidentiality of information.- Assist in performance tracking, employee engagement, and exit formalities.

Requirements



3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and statutory compliance.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Additional DetailsLeave Policy: 1 Casual Leave per month.

Reporting To: Managing Director

Timing: 8.30 AM to 6 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
