Key Responsibilities
People Management
Supervise daily attendance, discipline, and decorum on the trading floor.
Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.
Ensure proper onboarding & exit formalities.
Employee Relations & Culture
Plan and execute
weekly & monthly employee engagement activities
.
Organize
cultural events, festive celebrations, and team-building programs
.
Regularly gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
Payroll & Administration
Maintain employee records: attendance, leaves, and performance metrics.
Coordinate monthly
salary calculations and payouts
.
Assist in maintaining HR documentation and compliance.
Talent Management
Coordinate with hiring teams for new requirements.
Manage and streamline the
hiring & induction process
when needed.
Event Management
Organize internal events like seminars, workshops, and guest sessions.
Collaborate with the social media and branding teams for internal event coverage.
Who You Are
1-3 years of HR experience (preferably in startups or dynamic environments).
Proactive, approachable, and solution-driven.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and people-centric tasks.
Event planning or people engagement experience is a plus.
