Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Manage job postings on portals and social platforms
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS
Handle attendance, leave management, and HR policies
Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance
Employee Engagement & Culture
Act as a point of contact for employee queries
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
Assist in performance reviews and feedback processes
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs
Support audits and statutory requirements (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools/ATS
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
