Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused

HR Executive

to manage end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be organized, approachable, and capable of handling both strategic and day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition



Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers) Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Manage job postings on portals and social platforms Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

HR Operations



Manage employee onboarding and exit processes Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS Handle attendance, leave management, and HR policies Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance

Employee Engagement & Culture



Act as a point of contact for employee queries Support employee engagement activities and initiatives Assist in performance reviews and feedback processes Promote a positive and inclusive work culture

Compliance & Policies



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs Support audits and statutory requirements (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools/ATS High level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)



Experience in startup or fast-growing organization Knowledge of payroll basics and compliance Hands-on experience with recruitment portals Interest in employee engagement and culture building

Eligibility Criteria



Graduate or Postgraduate in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Freshers with

HR internship experience

are encouraged to apply Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes Good verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and online tools Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
