Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and induction of new employees
Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation (offer letters, joining letters, experience letters, salary slips, etc.)
Assist in attendance, leave management, payroll support, and HRMS updates
Organize company events, activities, and employee engagement programs
Ensure company policies, rules, and regulations are followed
Address employee queries professionally and maintain a positive work environment
Assist in drafting HR policies, agreements, and other required documents.
