: HR Executive (IT Experience Required)

We are looking for an

HR Executive

with

hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (IT Only):

End-to-end recruitment for:

Web Technologies:

Full Stack, MEAN, MERN, PHP, Laravel, etc.

Mobile Technologies:

React Native, Flutter, iOS, Android

Web Designing

Online Bidders

Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups Coordination with hiring managers and candidates

HR Operations:

Independently handle

HR operations

Employee onboarding & documentation

Attendance management

Payroll coordination

Joining & exit formalities

Maintain employee records and HR reports

Employee Engagement:

Planning and execution of

employee engagement activities

Organizing

events, celebrations, and team activities

Requirements:

Experience:

2-3 years (mandatory IT recruitment experience) Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to handle HR operations independently Good understanding of IT roles and technologies

Working Days:

5 Days Working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,610.85 - ?30,613.22 per month
