Recruitment & Hiring

End-to-end recruitment for

Digital Marketing profiles

: SEO, PPC, Content Writer, Social Media, Digital Marketing Executives Hiring for

IT profiles

:
Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer

Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers

HR Operations

Handling

employee onboarding & documentation

Managing

salary coordination, attendance, and HR records

Supporting

employee engagement activities

and internal HR initiatives Maintaining HR MIS and recruitment trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in

Digital Marketing & IT hiring

Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals Knowledge of

onboarding processes and basic salary management

Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines Immediate joiner preferred
