We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance while ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
Implement and monitor HR policies and company procedures.
Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
Support performance appraisal and increment processes.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist role
Good experience of recruitment, payroll coordination, and labor laws
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
