Manage the end-to-end hiring process for internal teams and corporate positions, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and on boarding.
Source and screen candidates through job platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support on boarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Corporate acquisition paid and non- paid both and hiring as per requirements.
Coordinate and implement internship programs--partner with colleges, manage intern on boarding, training schedules, evaluations, and conversions to full-time roles.

Career counselling for Internship candidates
Handle all HR administrative functions such as attendance management, maintaining employee records, employee monitoring or documentation as needed.
All office admin related task and vendor management.
Handle full employee life cycle.
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time
Preferred Experience Background
Candidates with prior experience in HR Consultancy, Immigration, Real Estate, Training Institutes, College TPA's, or IT sectors will be preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
