We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

HR Executive

with expertise in Talent Acquisition and Employee Life Cycle management.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, energetic, and able to drive HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
Handle complete Employee Life Cycle activities
Drive Employee Engagement initiatives
Facilitate Learning & Development activities
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong HR Generalist experience
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Energetic, smart, and presentable personality

Office Location: Bestech Business Tower, sector 66, Mohali
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working days: Monday to Friday & alternate Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
