End-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing profiles: SEO, PPC, Content Writer
Technical hiring for Development roles: Mobile Developer, Flutter Developer, Full Stack Developer (MERN/MEAN)
Hiring for Business Development profiles
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
Conducting initial HR screenings and coordinating interviews
Managing offer rollout and follow-ups till joining
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Employee onboarding and induction process
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Attendance management and leave tracking
Background verification (BGV) coordination
Employee engagement and coordination with teams
Supporting HR policies and internal processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment for Digital Marketing and IT profiles
Knowledge of HR generalist functions
Familiarity with job portals and hiring tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
