We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of IT recruitment and core HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews
Handle employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture and retention
Maintain and manage employee attendance records
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes
Knowledge of payroll and attendance management
Experience in employee engagement initiatives
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Preferred Candidate Profile:
MBA in HR or related field
1-2 years of relevant HR experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
