The Role



As an HR Executive at Relinns Technologies, you will play a key role in supporting and executing HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team to ensure our HR practices align with business objectives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will include helping streamline recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding and performance tracking, and contributing to employee development initiatives. We're looking for someone with experience in SaaS or startup environments, a creative approach to HR challenges, and a genuine passion for building a high-performance and diverse workforce.

What you need for this role



Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR, preferably within product-based (SaaS) companies or startups. Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. Ability to support and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and team needs. Familiarity with workforce planning, leadership development programs, and retention initiatives. Comfortable using HR data and analytics to support performance reviews, employee insights, and continuous improvement. Proficient with modern HR tech tools to manage employee lifecycle and enhance engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership. Experience contributing to organizational culture-building, DEI efforts, and employee wellness programs. Working knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance standards, and the ability to support policy development and implementation.

What you will be doing



Support the development and implementation of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies in line with business goals. Contribute to building a strong employer brand through recruitment campaigns, campus programs, and industry outreach. Assist in attracting top talent--especially for technical roles--by creating compelling candidate experiences. Utilize HR analytics to support workforce planning and improve recruitment effectiveness. Monitor and report on HR program outcomes, offering suggestions for continuous improvement. Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives. Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging work culture through structured programs and initiatives. Gather employee feedback regularly and help implement improvements to enhance workplace satisfaction. Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives through inclusive hiring and engagement practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in updating HR policies as needed. Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align HR efforts with broader business objectives. Assist in implementing HR tools and technologies to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience. Help drive change management efforts during the rollout of new HR initiatives and ensure alignment with company culture.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
