Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
Conduct onboarding, joining formalities, and induction
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, files, and HR database
Manage attendance, leaves, late entries, and HR compliance
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents
Support payroll-related data (attendance, leaves, shifts)
Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality
Employee Support & Communication
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Assist in employee engagement activities and events
Promote a safe, cooperative, and friendly work environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
