Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals & social channels
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Issue offer letters and handle complete onboarding formalities
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Prepare HR MIS reports, joining & exit data
Maintain HR documentation (letters, policies, files)
Support payroll team with required inputs
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations
Conduct feedback surveys and share insights
Support culture-building initiatives
4. Compliance & Policies
Support in PF, ESIC, Gratuity & other statutory documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies
Assist in preparing & updating HR policies
5. Performance & Training
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles
Identify training needs and arrange training sessions
Maintain performance records and employee development plans
Required Skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment cycles & HR operations
Basic understanding of labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & HRMS
Problem-solving & time-management skills
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree / MBA in HR or related field
