Job Description

Talent acquisition:

Manage the hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Employee relations:

Address employee concerns, investigate complaints, and facilitate communication between employees and management to resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment.

Benefits and compensation:

Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and assist with performance reviews and goal-setting.

Training and development:

Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and support professional development initiatives.

Compliance and administration:

Ensure the company follows all labor laws and company policies. This includes managing HR software, updating HRIS, organizing employee records, and preparing reports.

Policy enforcement:

Educate employees on organizational policies and procedures and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
