Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
recruitment process
including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate and support the
onboarding process
for new employees
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation
Help in organizing
employee engagement activities
and events
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation
Handle basic employee queries and provide timely support
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of basic HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, HR policies)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team environment
