Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Development & Marketing positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Conduct regular employee connect sessions to address concerns and collect feedback.
3. Administration & Support
Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
Prepare HR-related reports and support day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive in an IT company (preferred).
Strong understanding of IT recruitment, interview coordination, and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet timelines.
