We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of HR functions, and a willingness to learn. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate data and follow up on interview updates.
Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and employee files.
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Maintain HRMS data and update employee records.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Handle basic HR queries and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus (not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
