We require an HR Executive for a manufacturing industry located in Mandi Gobindgarh (Punjab).
local candidate will be preferred.
Qualification : Graduation in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Experience : 4-6 year
Role & Responsibility:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews.
Prepare and maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary-related documentation.
Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain HR documents: appointment letters, offer letters, warnings, and notices.
Coordinate training & development activities.
