Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Prepare HR letters, manage payroll inputs, and ensure compliance
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Assist in HR policy implementation and performance evaluation process
Handle exit formalities and maintain HR documentation
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
Hands-on experience with MS Office, HRMS tools, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
