Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Conduct employee induction and ensure a smooth joining process.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support in drafting HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
Assist in handling grievance and disciplinary matters under supervision.
4. Performance Management
Support in performance appraisal cycles and maintaining related data.
Track probation reviews and performance feedback.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
1-4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
