HR professional
who can manage
a small team
and handle end-to-end HR operations, helping to build a strong team structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for creative and technical roles.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and policy implementation.
Maintain attendance, leave, and performance records.
Support management in performance reviews, appraisals, and team structure.
Handle employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution.
Plan and post company culture updates and job openings on LinkedIn/Instagram.
Prepare weekly HR reports and coordinate with management for updates.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in HR & recruitment (creative/media/IT industry preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of HR tools, hiring portals, and Google Sheets/Excel.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR operations.
Strong organisational and people management skills.
