We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1.5-2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across various technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
- from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
.
Screen and shortlist
candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate interviews
between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Assist in
drafting job descriptions
and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Maintain and update the
recruitment tracker and candidate database
.
Support the HR team in
onboarding formalities
and documentation.
Build and maintain a
strong candidate pipeline
for future hiring needs.
Provide
regular updates and reports
on hiring status to HR leads and management.
Requirements:
1.5-2 years of experience
in recruitment (preferably IT / technical hiring exposure).
Good understanding of
recruitment tools
, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to
handle multiple requirements
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
ATS platforms
will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
