Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and maintain HR records.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Maintain and update HR databases and prepare reports as required.
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in HR generalist activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
