Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Revise company policies
Implement performance review procedures and employee management
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
Maintain Attendance and travel details of Marketing Team
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience in the relevant role
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
Graduation in any relevant stream
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
