Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
Handle employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure a positive and productive workplace culture, especially during night operations.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-1.5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexible to work in a
Night Shift (7 PM-4 AM)
schedule.
