Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT roles.
Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Assist in performance review and HR documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
IT recruitment & HR operations

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR tools, portals, and MS Office.
