The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of HR data.
Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new hires.
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with management on HR strategy, training, and development initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in IT / marketing / service-based industries.
Familiarity with performance management systems.
