Marketing Engineer is a results-driven digital marketing company helping brands grow through strategy, performance marketing, and creative design. We're expanding fast and need a proactive HR professional who can help us build, manage, and retain a high-performing team.
What You'll Do:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for marketing, design, and technical roles.
Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent (not just post and pray).
Manage onboarding, documentation, and HR policies.
Maintain a healthy company culture and employee engagement activities.
Track performance reviews, attendance, and HR operations.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (agency/startup experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Hands-on experience with hiring via job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Someone who takes ownership, not just follows instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, marketing-driven environment.
