Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
(sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Handle
employee joining formalities
and maintain updated employee records.
Manage
exit formalities
and ensure smooth offboarding.
Assist in drafting
offer letters, NDAs, and HR documents.
Maintain discipline, policies, and compliance within the organization.
Coordinate with management for performance reviews and team updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience
in HR (preferably in an
IT company
).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel or HR software tools.
Ability to multitask and handle employee queries effectively.
